Greg graduated from the Notre Dame Master of Business Administration program in 1973, following his completion of the Bachelor of Business Administration program at Western Michigan University in 1971. He has been practicing public accounting for over thirty-two years. Prior to forming Mannia Green, LLP, with Greg Mannia, on January 1st of 1987, he practiced as a staff person with the firms of Murray Harding & Company of South Bend, Indiana and Ernst & Young of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. The areas of professional service in which he has extensive experience include: business valuations of privately owned, closely held businesses for sale, acquisition, financing, estate and gift tax purposes; shareholder dispute; general business consulting; buy-sell agreements; financial projections; insurance claims; marital dissolution; litigation services; and fraud and forensics.
Greg and his wife Angela have three children—Astin, James, and Hillary and a grandson, Hendrix. Greg is an enthusiastic Notre Dame Football fan, attending home games frequently. He also enjoys a round (or two) of golf after the tax season has concluded.
